Reviews Protect your vehicle with an invisible sensing field which detects moving high-density objects including people near your car using Radio Frequency RF field disturbance technology. Ideal for convertibles, or any application where zone-intrusion protection is desired. The reviews informed me of the draw backs to adding this feature to my alarm but like I said I installed it anyway. The good thing is, is that after a few minutes it stops "warning" you of a possible threat. I purchased this, and have been completely satisfied! It took a few times to get it set the way I wanted it to and the warn-away goes off from hard rain every now and again I choose not to arm my system when I know it is going to rain now

Gardabar Open-collector or open-drain, same thing outputs are nice and flexible like this you can wire several of them together to one pull-up resistor to make a hard-wired AND gate too. But I found good input to the initial problem under: Thanks for your help! If both generate an output then take note of the voltages involved.
With a 10K resistor connected between the output and the 16V rail sorry, no 5V available right nowit reads 15V at the output when inactive, but drops to zero when triggered. I took a few electronics courses back in college, but have forgotten most of it.
Manuall there something I can read online to get a better understanding? Without a resistor, it measures 0V when inactive, about 6. Measure the output voltages with nothing connected, and then again with deei resistor from output to 5V. Great, thanks so much for your help!
This means you can connect the signal pin to a Arduino digital input pin, but you need to connect it to a pull up resistor so you get a constant maual. Hmm, rather unclear that document and my neck now aches I think it might mean the outputs are open-collector capable of mA sink.
I know thread is old. Eventually I realized that the signal pins are left floating when the alarm is not triggered. When I first tried hooking this up to my Arduino I was worried about the sensor running on 12v. MarkT Brattain Member Posts:.

When looking at the sensor there are 3 pots in total. You need a small flat blade screw driver but you will only use the 2 adjustment pots to the right of the Directed D sensor. These 2 adjustment pots change the way the invisible bubble gets bigger and smaller when turning the adjustment screw. The first thing you need to note only turn the screw in very small amounts. Turning the screw quickly will throw out all adjustment settings.
The T2 was available as a box van, a flat-bed light truck with single or double cab , or a minibus. From the chassis was offered, for the mounting of larger box van and bus bodies, in two different widths. In the T2 received a facelift, the most visible differences were the new radiator grille , which now was a moulding of black plastic. In the early s, T2 was also offered branded as a Hanomag-Henschel.
