Shred-It With Weights claims to help produce lean muscle and burn calories with two minute boot camp workouts. The majority of viewers stuck with various-sized kettlebells for her workouts. Start with Level 1 and progress to Level 2 and you will see results in this 30 day program. Michaels offers a modified route for true beginners and a more advanced one for those who want the added challenge. Does both strength training and cardio at the same time: Users say that even with regular strength training at the gym they still found this DVD to be challenging and engaging to watch.
The moves hit all areas of the body and gets the heart pumping. Some have expressed concern about possible injury if they were to mimic her form exactly.
This tendency might be confusing or annoying for those who are already familiar with standard kettlebell moves. After suffering a serious injury during a workout, she discovered that kettlebell training was a great option to overcoming her injury and allowed her to have a serious fitness routine once again.
It then progresses all the way up to Iron Core Boot Camp where you sweat through 4 rounds of 5 exercises. A workout usually takes about 45 minutes, but can be as short as 15 to 20 minutes. Offers an overview of which muscles are being worked during the exercises.

Skogg is very technical compared to Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels. He explains everything in detail from where to bend at the waist to how to hold the bell. The four levels on each DVD allowed you to stop the workout when you were done at your level. The music was pleasant, unobtrusive and optional.
This program provides a comprehensive introduction to kettlebells in three minute workouts. His first workout features a tutorial emphasizing correct technique. The second puts the moves into easy-to-learn drills and combinations. The third workout concentrates on the core and makes you stronger from the inside out. As you advance, you can add more weight and repetitions, matching the routine to your pace.
Users can take a break during the 30 second rest pauses throughout the video. He is encouraging and pushes you in a positive way. Some moves seem to be too advanced for those unfamiliar with kettlebells. Instructor did not emphasize keeping core firm and tense to protect the lower back and the necessity of good breathing technique. Warm up is about 3 minutes; workout is approximately 38 minutes; cool-down is about 7 minutes. To me the cover picture of this kettlebell workout is a bit strange.
He works with Stephanie in this video; she is in great shape but clearly struggles with a few of the moves which is a realistic portrayal of how challenging some of these moves can be. If these movements are done with a challenging kettlebell you will sweat and burn maximum calories while conditioning your body.
The breaks in this video are shorter than her other DVDs. This is also the last choice on the list. If it had more reviews I feel it would be higher rated. Excellent instruction, she knows what she is doing and will guide you safely through an awesome workout.
